Agreement

By using this website or sending a brief to Sitespringhub, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you send a brief applies to that brief unless we sign a separate letter.

The work we accept

We provide professional measurement reviews and related sessions for recruitment and hiring apps, as described on this site. A booking is formed when we send a written confirmation of scope, fee, and start week, and you pay the booking amount. Until then, a form submission is a request, not a contract.

We may decline work that requires access to candidate identity files we cannot reasonably minimise, or that asks us to alter a hiring app, place candidates, or run advertising.

Your materials

You warrant that you have the right to share event exports, screen recordings, and walkthroughs you send us. You must not send unredacted NRIC numbers, passport images, or other identity documents unless we have agreed a hashed or aggregated method in writing. We will ask you to replace any such files.

Intellectual property

The website’s text, layout, and mark belong to Sitespringhub. You may not copy the site for a commercial purpose.

The findings pack we deliver for a paid engagement is licensed to your organisation for internal use, including sharing with your product and talent teams and with a vendor you already retain to change screens. You may not resell the pack or publish it as your own research. Our working notes and event maps remain ours; the pack is what you keep.

Liability

We write findings from the materials you provide and from walkthroughs we can complete in the agreed time. We do not guarantee a hiring outcome, a volume of applications, or that a recommended screen change will be built. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost hiring, or lost profit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Malaysian law does not allow to be excluded, including for fraud or personal injury.

Website use

Do not misuse this website (for example by attempting to disrupt it or to scrape it in bulk). Content is provided so you can decide whether to book. It is not legal, employment, or investment advice.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from the website or from an engagement are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights you may have as a consumer under Malaysian law.
