Sourcing-channel comparison
A comparison of the sources your hiring app already tags, ranked by interviews that happened, not by the application pile each source claims.
Hiring apps usually stamp a source on each application: a job-board click, a referral code, a campus QR poster, a career-site campaign, a recruiter’s private link. Weekly reports then rank those sources by volume. Volume is a poor proxy for a hiring team that is short of interview slots.
This comparison keeps only the sources you already tag. We follow each source through submit, screening finish, interview booked, and interview attended. Where the app never recorded attendance, we say so instead of inventing it.
The written note is short on purpose: a table, a paragraph per source, and a list of tags that currently collide (two campus events sharing one code is a frequent Malaysian example). You decide whether to keep buying the loud source or the one that actually fills rooms.
