Monthly measurement hours
A standing eight-hour month for teams that already had a review and now change screens often enough that last quarter’s counts go stale.
Some hiring apps change a screening question every fortnight. Others add a new market, a new language, or a new interview-booking vendor. Last quarter’s findings pack then describes a path that no longer exists.
Monthly hours are for teams that already completed a measurement review with us. We keep the event map, re-count the same stages, and spend the hours on whatever moved: a new consent screen, a failed CV parser after an OS update, a jump in interview no-shows during a public-holiday week.
Unused hours do not roll. The month can be paused with five working days’ notice before it starts. This is time with reviewers, not access to a hosted console.
