Measurement review
Hiring-app measurement review
One apply-to-offer path, mapped and counted. You leave with a findings pack the talent lead and the product owner can argue over in the same room.
Who this is for
This review is for the person who already owns a recruitment or hiring app — an in-house talent product, a campus-hire app, a blue-collar booking app, or a staff-augmentation apply flow — and who no longer trusts the weekly “applications” figure. Typical sitters on our side of the table: a talent operations lead, a hiring-app product owner, and someone who can export events or share a walkthrough of the live screens.
We do not place candidates. We do not rewrite your app. We read what the app already records and say, in writing, where the count is wrong and where people leave.
What you receive
- A kickoff call (forty-five minutes) to name the candidate path and the markets in scope.
- An event map of that path: apply started, consent, CV attach or parse, screening questions, submit, shortlist, interview booked, interview attended, offer sent, offer answered.
- A drop-off table with the counts you currently report beside the counts we reconstruct from events.
- Five to eight written findings, each tied to a screen, a field, or a time window.
- A ninety-minute readout. Talent and product should both be in the room.
What is not included
Building or changing the app, writing job ads, running campaigns, placing people, or a software licence of any kind. If event names are missing entirely, we still work from a live walkthrough and a sample export, but we will say in the pack which stages we could not count.
How the ten days run
You send a brief. We reply with a data request: event export or read-only analytics access, a recorded or live pass through the apply screens, and the name of one person who currently explains the numbers to leadership. Once that pack is complete, the clock starts.
Days 1–2 we reconstruct the path. Days 3–7 we count, compare, and draft. Day 8 we send a short list of remaining questions. Days 9–10 we hold the readout and deliver the pack.
Preparation and constraints
Have the live apply flow ready on the devices candidates actually use. In Malaysia that is often a mid-range Android phone as well as a desktop career site. If the app asks for NRIC, passport, or other identity numbers, we work from aggregated events or hashed identifiers — we do not take a copy of candidate files.
If the hiring app serves more than one language, say so in the brief. A Bahasa Malaysia consent screen that loses people will not show up in an English-only walkthrough.
Price and next step
A single apply-to-offer path starts at RM 8,400. Extra paths (for example a graduate flow and a experienced-hire flow) are quoted separately. Travel inside the Klang Valley for an on-site readout is included; travel beyond that is billed at cost.
Send a brief and name the app candidates actually open.
