Measurement review
Candidate drop-off walkthrough
We open the live apply flow on the same kind of phone your candidates use and stop at every screen that leaks people, with the stage counts in hand.
This session is for teams that already know applicants disappear somewhere between the store listing and “application submitted,” but cannot agree which screen is guilty.
We sit together. One of us drives the live hiring app. The other keeps the stage counts visible. We pause on consent copy, CV parse failures, mandatory fields that make no sense on a phone, and screening questions that appear after the person thought they were done.
You leave with a spoken ranking of the three stalls worth fixing first, and a two-page note the following working day so the ranking does not evaporate in Slack. The walkthrough does not replace a full measurement review; it is the session people book when a sprint is already in motion and they need a shared view of the leak.
