The reviews we run

Measurement reviews for recruitment and hiring apps

Each review is a piece of human work on one hiring app, or one candidate path inside it. Nothing here is a product you subscribe to. You send a brief, we sit with the event trail, and you receive a written pack.

Talent teams already see weekly charts. Those charts often skip the screens that actually lose people. The reviews below exist to name those screens, count them honestly, and say what we would change first.

We work from Shah Alam with hiring apps used in Malaysia and across the region. English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese apply flows are all in scope when you can walk us through them.

A hiring conversation across a wooden table, the kind of screen-to-offer path this review counts

Ten working days from a complete data pack

Hiring-app measurement review

One apply-to-offer path, mapped and counted. You leave with a findings pack the talent lead and the product owner can argue over in the same room.

From RM 8,400, quoted per apply-to-offer path

Three colleagues leaning over a table during a working session

Two hours, plus a two-page note the next working day

Candidate drop-off walkthrough

We open the live apply flow on the same kind of phone your candidates use and stop at every screen that leaks people, with the stage counts in hand.

RM 1,850 per session

Hands reviewing printed figures and a notebook at a desk

Seven working days

Sourcing-channel comparison

A comparison of the sources your hiring app already tags, ranked by interviews that happened, not by the application pile each source claims.

From RM 5,200, quoted by number of sources

A quiet office interior with long tables, the kind of room used for a monthly readout

Month to month, cancel before the next month begins

Monthly measurement hours

A standing eight-hour month for teams that already had a review and now change screens often enough that last quarter’s counts go stale.

RM 3,600 for eight hours in a calendar month
