Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Sitespringhub holds, why, how long, and how to ask us about it.
Who controls the data

We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia, as applicable to our practice.
What we collect
From the contact form: name, email address, optional hiring-app name, optional preferred kickoff date, the review you selected, and the message you write. We also receive whatever files you later email us for a review.
From the website: technical logs our host may keep (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time). If you accept analytics cookies, we may also record aggregated page use as described in the cookie notice.
We do not ask for NRIC numbers, bank passwords, or candidate identity documents through the public form. Please do not paste them there.
Why we use it
- To reply to a brief and to perform a booked review, walkthrough, comparison, or monthly hours.
- To invoice, keep engagement records, and handle refunds.
- To keep the website secure.
- With your cookie choice, to understand which pages are read.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use form messages to send unrelated marketing lists.
Engagement files
Event exports and walkthrough recordings are used only to produce the findings pack you booked. We ask for aggregated events or hashed identifiers. If a file still contains candidate-level identity, we will ask you to replace it. Aggregated counts cited in a pack may be kept for twelve months in case you ask a follow-up question, then deleted. The delivered pack remains with you.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months, then deleted unless a longer period is required for a dispute. Contracts, invoices, and payment records are kept for seven years to meet ordinary accounting practice in Malaysia. Website logs follow our host’s rotation, typically under ninety days.
Who we share with
We use a website host and an email provider to operate this site and to read briefs. They process data on our instructions. If a payment is made by bank transfer, your bank and ours will see the transfer details. We disclose data if Malaysian law requires it.
International transfers
Our host or email provider may store copies outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we use providers who offer a written processing agreement and appropriate safeguards. You may ask us where your enquiry currently sits.
Your rights
Subject to the PDPA and other Malaysian law, you may ask to access, correct, or limit the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent where consent is the basis we rely on. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia. Write to info@sitespringhub.click. We aim to answer within thirty days.
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from people under eighteen.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practice changes. The date that matters is the date you send a brief or the date a booked engagement starts, whichever is later for that work.
